Your email automation runs fine but nobody buys: 3 common mistakes
Open rates look okay, but nobody clicks buy? The three most common mistakes in coach/consultant email sequences.

Many people already have an automated sequence running in Systeme.io or GoHighLevel, open rates aren't bad, but sales from email are close to zero. Usually the problem is how the sequence is written, not the tool.
1. Each email has no clear purpose
A "just checking in, any questions?" email almost always gets ignored. Every email in the sequence should have exactly one goal: teach one idea, tell one customer story, or invite one action — not mix several purposes in the same email.
2. The sequence doesn't build on itself — each email stands alone
If you could remove the email order and it would still make sense, it's not really a sequence. The next email should reference a detail from the previous one and address a worry it just raised, so the reader feels like they're following a story, not receiving disconnected ads.
3. The whole sequence talks about you, not the reader's problem
An effective sequence always starts from a specific pain point of the reader, then leads to the solution. If most of the content is your achievements, certificates, and background without ever touching the recipient's real problem, the offer at the end gets skipped.
A quick check
Re-read the last 3–5 emails in a row as an ordinary reader would. If you notice the same sentence pattern repeating, it's unclear where an email is leading, or it never once names the reader's actual problem — that's what to rewrite before adding any new email.
